Time: 20 minutes.
Ingredients:
1) Half a rice cooker of rice (1 cup).
2) 7 chillies.
3) 20 teaspoons of oil.
4) Mustard seeds
5) Turmeric
6) Jeera
7) Lentils
8) 1/5 bag of peas
9) Salt
10) Lemon
11) Coriander
Method:
1) Add oil to pan, and turn pan on to 8 heat.
2) Add seasoning (Mustard seeds, jeera, turmeric, lentils).
3) Cut chillies long-ways and add to pan.
4) Add peas.
5) Wait till peas are wrinkly and then add rice.
6) Add half spoon of salt and add lemon to taste
6) Mix rice until all rice is yellow.
7) Garnish with coriander.
