Lemon Rasam

Time: 10-15 minutes
Ingredients:
2 spoons oil
2 chillies
1/2 (small) spoon Mustard Seeds
1/4 spoon Jeera
1/4 spoon Turmeric
2 dashes Hing
4-5 curry leaves
1 liter water
1 spoon chopped coriander
1/2 spoon salt
1 spoon dessicated coconut
5 teaspoons lemon juice
Directions:
1) Two spoons oil into pan, and heat on (8).
2) 1/2 spoon mustard seeds into pan, jeera, turmeric, hing into pan.
3) Slice longways chilli and add into pan.
4) Add curry leaves (4-5).
5) Add 1 liter water.
6) Add 1/2 spoon salt.
7) Add dessicated coconut.
8) Add coriander.
9) Taste check after waiting to let boil.
10) Once started boiling, add lemon juice
11) Adjust salt and lemon to taste.
12) After boiled, turn down heat (6)and then eventually after few minutes switch off heat.
