Puliogre

Cooking time: 10-15 minutes


Ingredients:

Sunflower Oil

Mustard seeds

Jeera

Mixed Lentils

Turmeric

Cashews

Peanuts

Curry leaves

Hing

Chilli Powder

Salt

Sugar

Puliogre Powder

1 cup of rice

Coriander



Method:

1) Heat oil in pan (8)

2) Add mustard seeds (1/2 spoon), jeera (1/4 spoon), lentils (3 spoons), turmeric (1/4 spoon)

3) Add cashews, peanuts, 4-5 curry leaves, couple dashes of hing, 1/4 spoon chilli powder

4) Switch off heat and add 3 table spoons of puliogre powder

5) Add 1/2 spoon salt and 1 spoon sugar

6) Add in rice. With cold rice - separate rice into grain and then mix in pan.

7) Garnish with washed and cut coriander
